Resumo
Study on the public class suit and its use for the defense of globally individual rights. Analysis of the group of legally legitimate proposers of this suit. Existence of social concern that justif ies the filing of the public class suit for the defense of commonly-born disposable individual rights by the Public Prosecutor. Guarantee of full access to justice by means of performance by Public Prosecutor. Case study of the inefficiency, in certain events, of individual claims. Examination of positive outcomes from the filing of a public class suit: access to justice, procedural cost effectiveness, legal assurance and unlawful enrichment.
