A dinâmica execução do estágio supervisionado de administração no Maranhão

Resumo

The present study describes the execution of the Mandatory Traineeship Curricular of the Courses of Administration in Maranhão to which 11.788/08 establish the Law nº. The model and the management perception is pointed on the practice of the traineeship that is applied. Highlights the curriculum organization of courses of administration in Maranhão and its load hourly according to the local context, whereas the Guidelines, resolutions and laws governing the Course of Administration bachelor, establishing an analysis of results looking for the perception of students on the implementation of the Mandatory Traineeship. From the description of the current situation, we can draw attention to a wider vision in the process of implementation of the Mandatory Traineeship, because the course as a whole needs to be consistent with the Guidelines and with the laws governing the higher education, fact considered breakpoint for approval and recognition of the Project of each course offered in the country.
