A contribuição da OCDE para a regulamentação a atividade de lobby no Brasil

Resumo

This article analyzes the guiding principles of the OECD, as well as the Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials published by the organization in 1997 and adopted by Brazil in 2000. Based on this analysis, the article explores the principles and parameters that should serve as the base standard to help regulate lobbying activities. Also, this article highlights the limitations inherent to this type of regulation. Methodologically, the study uses documentary analysis and bibliographical research to conclude that the parameters of transparency, integrity and effectiveness are fundamental to enable lobbying regulation.
