Vale a pena fazer o concurso do Ipea ? Notas a respeito da atratividade da remuneração do concurso de 2023

Resumo

Despite their specificities, public selections are job recruitment processes. Like any processes of this type, remuneration is a key component in attracting people in quantity and with quality. Hence the relevance of analyzing the attractiveness of the selections, from the perspective of remuneration. The purpose of this technical note is precisely to verify whether (and to what extent and in what way) the remuneration was attractive to those interested in the Ipea 2023 public selection.
