Proposta para tratamento da massa documental acumulada da Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro

Resumo

The objective of this research is to elaborate a proposal for the treatment of the accumulated documental mass in the Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro – UFRRJ. In order to achieve this objective it was necessary to understand some basic concepts about documents management and it’s procedures, about accumulated documental mass and how would be the document’s management in UFRRJ. By the use of a pre diagnosis performed by sampling, it was attempted to identify the archival’s situation of the Institution related to the accumulated documental mass on the sectors. This pre diagnosis was implemented and reached to the conclusion that there are accumulated documental mass without archival technical treatment in all investigated sectors. The UFRRJ don’t have a instituted archive but an Archive Section and General Protocol that develop the achival’s area activities. It was verified that the Institution couldn’t implement a document’s management plan and is starting to work with the achival’s politics relation.
