Maturidade da gestão do conhecimento na Comissão de Implantação do Sistema de Controle do Espaço Aéreo Brasileiro (CISCEA)

Resumo

The Commission for the Implementation of the Airspace Control System (Ciscea) has as its main mission the modernization of assets dedicated to airspace control under the jurisdiction of Brazil. More than a software applications and equipment, the main asset of Ciscea's complex system is its intellectual capital, which derives from the sum of the knowledge of specialized military personnel, whose training and education are uninterrupted activities in the career.  Therefore, this study aims to measure the degree of Knowledge Management maturity at Ciscea from the perspective of its military personnel, as a way to obtain a diagnosis to support future strategic actions. This objective was achieved with  the formulation of a case study with a quantitative approach applied to 25 Ciscea military personnel. The data were analyzed by means of descriptive statistics and correlation techniques. The results showed an intermediate level of maturity in the practices of Knowledge Management in Ciscea and revealed that the investment in human resources can provide better results in the implementation of a knowledge management plan in the organization.
