Management in solidary economy organisationssome aspects

Resumo

This article aims to suggest the need for researchs and studies in management that respect the singularity of solidary economy. It makes an historical review of social economy and indicates the differences between social economy and solidary economy. It also presents the main characteristics of solidarity organizations and identifies the different roles that these organisations take today. The conclusions address issues about the specific managementapplied in this new field.
