Gestão pública em um contexto de criseapoio ao empreendedorismo de pequenos negócios no estado de São Paulo durante a pandemia de Covid-19

Resumo

Entrepreneurship can occur by opportunity or by necessity and these two models contribute to the economic and social development of a country. Considering that the State can play an important role in the performance of the entrepreneurial activity of small businesses, this work seeks to understand how this activity is established in the country and in São Paulo, with the objective to understand how this State government, through the Secretariat of Economic Development, works to support entrepreneurial activity and what measures have been established to mitigate the effects of the pandemic on small businesses. For this analysis, this study is supported by a qualitative analysis based on bibliographic survey and public information. This study concludes that for the pandemic, the government redesigned and created new measures to support entrepreneurs, however, given that the pandemic has not yet ended, further studies will be able to analyze in depth the effects of the measures identified.
