Gestão de processos e de conhecimento de termo de execução descentralizada

Resumo

Purpose - To analyze the knowledge of collaborators of the Work and Health Education Management Secretariat (SGTES) of the Ministry of Health, about the stages of management processes related to the transfer instrument Decentralized Execution Term (TED) and develop an intervention proposal aimed at improving knowledge. Design/Methodology - The research used a qualitative-quantitative approach. Quantitative for showing results through statistical techniques and qualitative for
 revealing relevant aspects in the management of the flow of the Decentralized Execution Agreement that used a questionnaire as a tool for collecting primary data in
 order to ensure the verification of the research hypotheses facilitating the statistical analysis. Findings - For the data collected in the electronic questionnaire, descriptive analysis was used to study the variables whose purpose was to diagnose the profile of the employees who work with the TED management flow. In addition to the descriptive analysis, the statistical technique of exploratory factor analysis was also used for the other variables collected from the questionnaire results. Research limitations - Reading the limitations of the metodólogo used, considering that this is a quali-quantitative research, it has limitations as to the veracity and accuracy of the information collected. In this sense, it is important to point out that there are weaknesses when it comes to data collection, considering the possibility of inaccuracy and veracity of the answers. Practical implications - Process Flow Improvement in Public Administration. Improvement of knowledge management process flow. Social implications - Optimizing the responsible management of public money. Originality- Process management related to the efficiency of projects involving TEDs within the Federal Public Administration.
