Gestão da saúde no ambiente de trabalho com base no monitoramento de indicadores aplicado a uma fintech

Resumo

In the work environment, health is a determining factor for the quality of life of workers. Therefore, how to determine parameters and indicators of health and quality of life of employees through established goals? And how to insert these goals for managers, giving them responsibility for the health, well-being and productivity of their subordinates? The objective of this work is to propose the examination of health conditions through indicators found in a survey conducted with employees of a company that operates in Brazil. The Scorecard tool was suggested as a method for creating targets, actions, and goals, which should be unfolded to all leaders of the researched company, in order to the leaders will be responsible for the shared health management with their subordinates and with the Human Resources department. The results of the survey with the Brazilian company were described, analyzed, and inserted in the Scorecard model. This model, used in this work, was recommended by this author for use in companies, since it is appropriate for every company that understands the management of the health and well-being of its workforce is important.
