Fidelidade do cooperadofatores de influência em uma cooperativa agropecuária

Resumo

Cooperativism is a sector that contributes a lot to the development of agribusiness in the country, contributing largely to local and regional development, therefore, these organizations, in view of their economic and social contribution, deserve as any company to be evaluated in terms of management, efficiency and mainly in terms of loyalty of the members. The non-participation of the cooperative members in their cooperative can cause serious performance problems in these organizations. Given this context and importance, this work consisted of a case study, with the carrying out of a quantitative exploratory research in order to search for factors that influence the loyalty of the cooperative member to his agricultural cooperative regarding the deposit of his coffee production at COCAPEC cooperative – Cooperativa de Cafeicultores e Agropecuaristas in Franca SP. The results indicate that factors such as acquisition of agrochemicals, acquisition of fertilizers, time of admission to the cooperative and area in production influence the loyalty of the members. On the other hand, the variable age of the member was inconclusive in this context.
