Emprego industrial no pólo industrial de Manaus na década de 90expectativas, resultados e possibilidades

Resumo

The decade of 90 represented significant changes in the Brazilian economic political panorama, specifically in the project of development regional denominated Free Trade Zone of Manaus. That project was conceived, prime to integrate that immense Amazon area to the remaining ofBrazil, in terms of complex order dominant in the sixties times. The analysis that objectifies that dissertation is about the evolution of the industrial employment in the Industrial Pole of Manaus in the decade of 90, with the connotation of expectations, results and possibilities. The implementation of the project Free Trade Zone of Manaus, in what concems its Industrial Pole it allowed that contingents of abundant labor in the capital of the State of Amazonas, he/she had the opportunity to interfere in the labor market of the process of modem industrialization. Though, that abundant labor was not prepared for the one that the industries demanded, being necessary intensive programs of professional adaptation so that it facilitated the use in productive processes of assembly lines. The Industrial Pole of Manaus, in spite of all the changes had in the Brazilian economy in the analyzed period, obtained significant reach of competences in the training of that contingent ofworkers that you/they were absorbed, when the paradigm ofthe intensity of the factor work reigned in the Pole. However, the change process that the economic and industrial global provoked in the system of global production, he/she brought for the industrial model of the Free Trade Zone of Manaus accelerated change of that paradigm, resulting variations in the demand for labor and carting significant structural unemployment. It is of that context of changes that treats the presented study, analyzing the evolution of the variables that you/they influenced in the leveI of industrial employment and in the labor market, the expectations of new profiles and the specific demands that the new paradigm of intensive capital, adopted by the companies of world class of that Pole demands.
