Resumo

This work aims to demonstrate, through descriptive method based on quantitative research and the review of relevant scientific literature, how to identify opportunities for improvement through data obtained in organizational climate research and suggest actions that allow us to manage and impact experience in the organizational environment? From recent studies, the benefits and difficulties of practice are listed, as well as specific subjects such as pros and cons resulting from the global health crisis and the pandemic context. Theoretical considerations of the practice, as well as its valorization by the market, based on quantitative research, conducted by large institutions, always with a significant number of respondents are woven. It is concluded that it is possible to sensitize the high direction in a action of Employeee Experience, through the argument based on both the results of organizational climate research and the theoretical and causal basis.
