Dangerous liaisonsbrief considerations on the connections between anthropology and administration

Resumo

This paper refers to anthropology and administration relations, using ethnography as a methodological approach. It is about the meeting between two different academic communities, from the ohservations and interviews done with anthropologists and administrators in São Paulo in 1995. This ethnographic research allows me to present and interpret in this article the representations that administrators and anthropologists do about each other, as well as to ask questions about the difticulties and possibilities of fulfillment between two different knowledges that have its own features: traditions, views of world, objectives, theoretic approachs, methodologies, languages.
