Da ideia à ação temos um desejoum caso de inovação na análise de programas de segurança aeroportuários

Resumo

In this teaching case, the reader is faced with a very common situation within the scope of the Federal Government. A program is implemented nationwide and then comes up against the reality of immense geographical, training, budgetary difficulties, etc. It is also a reality, and almost a tradition, that not innovating in methods transforms each new mind that participates in a group, already reasonably established, into a different and often questionable element. Based on a fact that occurred in the Federal Government, using characters and situations experienced, we try to give the reader a report that, even in the most apathetic environments, it is possible to accelerate solutions and create innovation in the universe that permeates the environment performance of a government agency. Right now, we are experiencing a worldwide Covid-19 pandemic, millions of people are sick, and thousands more are dying. All dedication to ending waste, from any source, is fundamental.
