Resumo
This work brings together and systemizes some of the concepts concerning organizational counselling, attemps to report how the counsellor acts in the client organization and intends to give rise to some reflections regarding the relationship between the counsellor and the organization. This work is based on the points of view of proeminent authors such as Edgar Henry Schein , Sergio Foguel & Carlos César Souza, Fernando Achilles de Faria Mello e Milan Kubr. Taking into account these different views, it presents a more comprehensive concept of organizational counselling, analyses six phases of the organizational counselling and enriches the content of the subject-matter with personal reports and reflections.
