As relações de poder entre as estruturas acadêmica e administrativa de instituições de ensino superior privadas no processo de decisão estratégica

Resumo

The theoretical study had the propose to verify the reflection of the power relations between the academic and the administrative structures of Brazilian private Higher Education Institutions (HEI) in the process of strategic decision making. It was identified to what extension the relations are distant or close between these structures in decision making and which the factors that influence, delay and affect the decision making of the characters from (HEI) are. The result of reflection and some critical issues based on author’s experience, suggests the use of processes and management technologies of business organizations.
