Análise dos efeitos socioeconômicos do sistema de produtores integrados na pecuária de aves de corte nas microrregiões de Concordia e Alto Teles Pires

Resumo

The poultry sector deserves to be highlighted in agribusiness, since both, in Brazil as in the world, chicken meat is the most designed protein. In addition, Brazil, in the scenario, is the largest exporter of chicken meat in the world and is one of the five largest international producers and occupies the 3rd position in the ranking in 2020, behind China and the USA only. In this way, study distinct microregions that groupedproduced chicken cases because of their potential and presented. In this way, studying cases of distinct microregions that present productive clusters of chicken processors becomes interesting because of their potential and limitations. Therefore, a panel was built using the data from the two microregions, between the years 2005 and 2016, and the FIRJAN Index of Consolidated Municipal Development was used and for the areas of employment and income, education and health as indicators of synthesis of the socioeconomic situation. Both Microregions showed growth in development indices in the analyzed period, reaching a moderate development classification for the Work and Income index and high for the Health, Education and Consolidated IDFM. The results of the study suggest that there is a positive and significant interaction of the productive clusters of chicken processors in the economic situation and in the quality of life of the Alto Teles Pires and Concórdia microregions, since evidence was observed about the expressive effect of the variables added value of the service sector, number of chicken slaughters, number of employees in the poultry and swine slaughtering area, gross domestic product and area (in acres) of corn plantation in the consolidated IDFM and its components of Health, Education and Work and Income.
