Resumo
The following text examines the possibility of a reading of Taylorism by taking into consideration the concept of "technology of itself', as presented by Foucault: a situation where the subject, through a process based on reflection, on thoughts and on determined operations, which would lead to adequate behaviours, ethical and moral, could search his own self-knowledge.
