Resumo
The social function of the company and the institute of the bankruptcy's finality are analyzed before the actual interests of the collectivity, preserving the achievements that, though good irradiators ofsocial and economical benefits to the community, face financiaI difficulties. Several forms ofhow to lead the administrative management ofthe company, while beneficiary ofthe legal protection, are contemplated and, suggested the adoption ofa reconstructive administration, focused in the recuperation ofthe company while is a benefit for the group ofthe collectivity.
